kwv2-1

Dear Sir or Madam,

We—the three Bavarian-Swabian universities of applied sciences in Neu-Ulm, Augsburg, and Kempten—would like to cordially invite you to participate in one of our current projects. Together, we are currently developing a concept designed to help companies in the region meet their need for the next generation of skilled workers and managers.

What’s it about?

We would like to hear about your experiences with new employees. What challenges have you encountered, and is there a need for improvement or further training? Our goal is to support you in developing qualified specialists and managers.

The Idea

We are currently developing a program designed to help employees and new entrants to the workforce not only integrate quickly into the company but also advance their careers. The result is targeted workforce development that helps prevent a shortage of skilled workers and managers and ensures the company’s long-term sustainability.

We need your support!

To fully understand what such a program needs to achieve, we need your help. Help us develop a plan that meets your needs. By taking about 10–15 minutes of your time to answer a few questions, you can share your thoughts with us and help us support the regional economy.

You can access the study via the following link:

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us (sascha.fabian@hs-neu-ulm.de; Tel. 0731-9762-1440). We thank you in advance for your participation and send our warm regards,

Prof. Dr. Sascha Fabian
