Our fingers were crossed, and it paid off—great news: “our” pre-seed team, Aurivus GmbH, won the CyberOne Award in the Industrial Technologies category at the Hightech Summit 2020. The winners were announced and the awards were presented last night in Karlsruhe.
Congratulations, congratulations!
Here are the beaming winners with their trophy—Stefan and Martin, along with team members Daniel and Jonas—holding their check and our flowers. They’re already back at work in Wilhelmsburg.

The winner in the Life Science & Health Care category is yuri GmbH, a company based in Swabia (they’re from Meckenbeuren) that provides space logistics services. We supported yuri as part of the Start-up BW Pro-Tect program, and we see a bright future for them ahead.
The CyberOne Award is the premier business plan competition for the high-tech industries in Baden-Württemberg; it is funded by sponsors and state grants and supported by numerous partners. From the very beginning, it has been organized and implemented by Baden-Württemberg: Connected e.V. (bwcon). It is presented as part of the Hightech Summit, which was held as a hybrid event this year.
Last year, we already had a winner from Ulm—HKK bionics—also in the Life Science & Health Care category, and they’re neighbors of Aurivus in Wilhelmsburg.
Our region is now firmly on the map in the world of tech startups.
We are so incredibly proud of you!
