Invitation to the DA-SPACE Final Conference
Ulm School of Design
What is behind open innovation and co-creation? How do interdisciplinary teams develop innovative ideas? How can companies remain competitive in the future? How can policymakers promote these initiatives?
On May 15, 2019, these questions will be answered: To mark the conclusion of the DA-SPACE Danube Region Project, the Innovation Conference will feature engaging presentations and open discussions on the topics of open innovation and entrepreneurship. Mayor Gunter Czisch will open the event. Following that, online enthusiast and passionate entrepreneur Andera Gadeib will deliver a keynote address showing how co-creation is shaping our future and how to work with smart, sustainable solutions to improve collaboration.
As part of the DA-SPACE project, a total of seven open innovation labs were launched in the Danube region; these offer companies a simple and straightforward way to test open innovation for themselves and discover its benefits. In her presentation titled “Digital Innovation Meets Tradition,” Kathrin Günther from Uhlmann Pac-Systeme GmbH & Co. KG will discuss how open innovation is utilized at Uhlmann.
The findings from the innovation labs, the exchange of experiences among business leaders, academics, and students, and discussions with political representatives also offer a wide range of opportunities to learn about open innovation and gain new insights.
We look forward to seeing you there. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
