25 companies in Neu-Ulm from a wide variety of industries are offering a glimpse behind the scenes. Visitors will get to see parts of the companies that are otherwise hidden from public view. There’s an exciting program featuring exhibitions, demonstrations, guided tours, and hands-on activities. A free shuttle bus will take visitors to all the participating businesses conveniently and at no cost. Refreshments will also be provided.

Free Admission: Extraschicht is free for guests. Participating companies and businesses do not charge admission fees.
Information Desks: There are information desks in the entrance areas at all locations. These are marked with “Extraschicht.” Employees from the participating companies will be on hand to provide information about their respective companies’ programs. In addition, staff will be on site to provide information about the overall program.
Guided Tours: Some companies offer guided tours. These take place at specific times, which will be announced at a later date. The number of participants is usually limited. Registration takes place on-site at the companies.
Food and Beverages: Some companies offer food and beverages. This service is not free of charge.
Free Shuttle Buses:
Shuttle buses transport guests from venue to venue free of charge. The private bus companies Gairing, Baur, Braunmiller, Probst, NeuBus, and Oster have joined forces and, together with the city of Neu-Ulm, are offering a free shuttle service for all visitors.
The shuttle stops are served every 8 minutes. With 12 buses on the three shuttle routes—Extraschicht 1, 2, and 3—which are interconnected at specially marked meeting points, you can travel quickly and comfortably within and between the industrial parks. The buses are clearly marked on the display. Take advantage of this convenient service.
Parking options:
Group parking lots with good access to the individual bus lines include the parking lot at the Ratiopharm Arena, the parking lot at Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences, the Möbel Mahler parking garage, the EvoBus employee parking lots, and the Glacis-Galerie parking garage (fee applies).
In addition, parking is also available in the industrial parks and at participating companies, subject to local availability.
