And how wonderful that TFU offers delicious food at two of its locations.But credit where credit is due: Both Werner Gierling from LaCantera at the Gründerzentrum Neu-Ulm and the Lüsse family from Lüsse Catering in Wissenschaftsstadt operate as independent contractors. They’ve leased the spaces from TFU and serve fresh, varied meals with a regional twist.
Lüsse serves the entire neighborhood and is more like a family-run cafeteria; LaCantera is a small, charming restaurant that offers an affordable lunch menu. In the evening, Neu-Ulm features an extensive menu and a lively atmosphere.
So whether you want to entertain guests in the evening or just need a quick bite to eat during the day to keep your creativity flowing amid the daily grind of starting a business, everything is taken care of.
