The cafeteria renovation is — almost — done!
Between Christmas and New Year’s, our craftsmen and the staff of the Green Branch continued to work at full speed. The result is a spotlessly clean and completely redesigned kitchen, a freshly painted dining room, and an innovatively organized, newly redesigned serving area.
The additional new counters won’t arrive until the end of January, and the new tableware is still a while away—but the new trays and the beautiful new cutlery are already here. With a few makeshift solutions here and there, we’re all managing just fine.
In any case, the team at the Green Branch is highly motivated and looking forward to the first day when they can welcome you as guests: as planned, things are set to get underway on January 7, 2015.
