In a ceremony that was socially distanced due to the pandemic but no less festive, our Janet Qin—a Steinbeis and TFU figure bridging worlds and an enthusiastic “new” Ulm resident—received on May 14 the certificate confirming her appointment as Special Representative for Chinese Affairs for the Ulm/Alb-Donau/Neu-Ulm region.
The actual appointment took place a few weeks ago. Mayor Czisch presented the certificate at Ulm City Hall to our shareholders, who are backing the appointment. The Special Representative was very pleased. But we on the TFU team will continue to call her Janet 😉
