The event is aimed at entrepreneurs, both those in the planning stages and those who have already launched their businesses.
Through 6 presentations and workshops, you’ll gain practical information on many important aspects of self-employment. For example, you’ll learn how to create a compelling business plan, which marketing strategies are most promising, what funding opportunities are available to entrepreneurs, how to finance your business idea, and what social security coverage is required. You can choose exactly which program items are relevant to your startup project.
As part of a statewide competition series, the “Elevator Pitch BW – Regional Cup Ulm” will take place for the third time during Startup Day. Ten entrepreneurs will have the chance to convince a jury and the audience with a three-minute presentation of their business idea. The three winners will receive prize money of 500, 300, and 200 euros, respectively. More information about the Elevator Pitch is available here.
During the breaks, the opportunity to share experiences provides a great chance to network with other founders and gain new ideas and inspiration for your own project.
