A Personal Note

Startup or New Business? The TFU says…

Ein Mann und eine Frau schütteln sich die Hände vor einem Aufsteller der TFU mit einem Bild von einem Drachen.

.. Is that important?

Not for us. We’re here for everyone.

Anyone who thinks “startup” is the right term and would like to be addressed informally is more than welcome.

If you see your business as a more traditional startup and view the use of “Sie” as a very pleasant way to interact professionally with one another, you’ve also come to the right place.

What matters isn’t so much the title as it is flexibility and agility of mind, a goal-oriented approach to projects, and a relaxed attitude toward the task at hand.

“To pivot” has long been known in Swabian and among small and medium-sized businesses as “what does my stupid rambling from yesterday have to do with me?”

So, we’ve seen it all before, but it’s still great that these approaches are being rediscovered today in the startup community.

Here at TFU, we speak startup, German, and Swabian (and a few other languages, too). And we’re “intercultural.” So come on over, everyone! We’re looking forward to seeing you!
