Workshop: Agile Product and Project Management with Scrum – How Can I Use Scrum Effectively in My Company?
Agile product and project management is becoming increasingly common in companies. The Scrum methodology promises shorter implementation cycles, more flexible requirements management, greater transparency, and increased innovation. At the same time, however, this new approach raises questions:
- What exactly is Scrum? And what makes it different or new?
- What exactly can Scrum be used for?
- Is Scrum a good fit for our company?
- How can we approach the topic of Scrum?
The Institute for Agile Product and System Development at Neu-Ulm University of Applied Sciences (HNU) would like to invite you to discuss and answer these questions together with us.
