The second session of the free online event series “How Do New Developments Find Their Way into Medicine?” hosted by the Tübingen Foundation for Medical Innovation will take place on February 4, 2021 (4:00–7:00 p.m.).
In addition to keynote presentations by
Prof. Dr. med. Thomas Gottwald (startup founder & CEO of Ovesco Endoscopy AG),
Prof. Dr. Ing. Thomas Bauernhansl (Director of the Fraunhofer IPA and the IFF at the University of Stuttgart) and
Günther Steffen (Fund Manager at the Heilbronn Future Fund and Advisor to Biotech & Medtec Companies)
In addition, individual consulting sessions with industry experts will be offered to address specific questions regarding the 4Cs (Commercialization: planning revenue in the healthcare sector, including reimbursement by health insurance providers; Certification: obtaining approval for the product and company; Clinical Studies: demonstrating the product’s efficacy; Copyright: strategically utilizing intellectual property rights) in separate online sessions.
