I am impressed that more than 90% of these young companies make it through their first five years and successfully establish themselves. <\/p>\n
This success is good for our region, and that is why we, the municipal shareholders, support our TFU. A Gr\u00fcnderzentrum is a sustainable form of economic development. <\/p>\n
You\u2019re top-notch professionally\u2014I\u2019ve seen that for myself many times. You\u2019ll gradually build your skills as an entrepreneur, drawing on the experience and training provided by the TFU team. If, after a few years, you no longer need TFU, we\u2019ll all be happy, because that will mean TFU has fulfilled its purpose. <\/p>\n
TFU\u2019s management therefore has our full support, even when it comes to unconventional funding initiatives. And if it\u2019s in your best interest to relocate elsewhere, you\u2019ll find that TFU is a rather atypical landlord: we clearly prioritize your well-being and that of the region over short-term profit considerations. <\/p>\n
The fact that the TFU manages its own affairs well while also being able to take a broader perspective is what best serves you and your progress.<\/p>\n
