Construction work is now underway there for a few weeks, with the usual disruptions. The second floor will follow next.  <\/p>\n<p>I\u2019d like to take this opportunity to thank everyone at BioZ who is affected by this situation for taking it in stride and viewing the longer distances from a positive, sporty perspective. And I\u2019d also like to thank all the contractors who have been friendly and helpful in accommodating the needs of our operations. <\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>The tile-laying company Zimmermann is expected to begin work next week. After that, the plumbing fixtures will be installed, the electrical work will be completed, and finally, the partition walls will be erected. On the 4th floor, we will design the women\u2019s restroom to be spacious enough for wheelchair users; we will have most of the demolition work required here done on a Saturday.  <\/p>\n<p>This repair work has been made somewhat more complicated and will take longer due to two instances of water damage that have occurred; these will now be addressed as part of this project. This work is being handled by Staudacher, the company that, with the help of Mr. Schairer, has already identified the cause of the damage and is now installing new pipes. <\/p>\n<p>There&#8217;s a lot to do, but things are coming along nicely.
