Together, we are currently developing a concept designed to help companies in the region meet their need for the next generation of skilled workers and managers. <\/em><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>What&#8217;s it about?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>We would like to hear about your experiences with new employees. What challenges have you encountered, and is there a need for improvement or further training? Our goal is to support you in developing qualified specialists and managers.    <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>The Idea<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>We are currently developing a program designed to help employees and new entrants to the workforce not only integrate quickly into the company but also advance their careers. The result is targeted workforce development that helps prevent a shortage of skilled workers and managers and ensures the company\u2019s long-term sustainability.   <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><em>We need your support!<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>To fully understand what such a program needs to achieve, we need your help. Help us develop a plan that meets your needs.
