ifex, the Initiative for Business Start-ups and Business Succession, is part of the Ministry of Finance and Economics of the State of Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg and has been actively engaged in its work for 21 years. Many people will be familiar with Professor Peter Sch\u00e4fer, who is also a welcome guest in Ulm and has led ifex since its inception. <\/p>\n
