But it so happened at that time that\na call went out from common sense to support early-stage startups\n. And this support was the very first of its kind and took place\nduring the time when Winfriedus was Minister-President of Baden-W\u00fcrttemberg. <\/p>\n\n

And everyone went off to think of something\n, each to his own town.<\/p>\n\n

So Peter\nfrom the ministry, based in the city of Stuttgart, set out for the Jewish land, to the city of\nstartups\u2014known as Tel Aviv\u2014because he was from the house and lineage of Startup\nBWs, so that he could draw inspiration alongside Arndt Upfold, his trusted deputy;\nthey were motivated.<\/p>\n\n

And while they were there, the time came for them to be enlightened. So they devised their Pre-Seed project, formalized it in contracts, and submitted it to L-Bank; for they had no other space on Heuss Street. <\/p>\n\n

And there were startups in the same\narea that faced many hurdles in securing funding and spent their nights guarding their ideas. <\/p>\n\n

Messenger: Step forward. The shepherds are visibly afraid. <\/em><\/p>\n\n

And the messenger from ifex approached them, and the clarity of the project shone around them; and they were very afraid.<\/p>\n\n

And the angel said to them, \u201c\nDo not be afraid! Behold, I bring you good news of great joy that will be for all\nStartups;\u201d <\/p>\n\n

The shepherds begin to rejoice.\n<\/em><\/p>\n\n

Because today the Pre-Seed program was launched\u2014\n\u2014which offers you opportunities from the Ministry. And here\u2019s a sign of that: if you go to\n, you\u2019ll find the project tied up in contracts and sitting in an L-Bank. <\/p>\n\n

All the angels step forward<\/em> <\/p>\n\n

And soon there was a crowd of Pre-Seed Pilot partners at the messenger’s house,\nwho praised Pre-Seed and said:<\/p>\n\n

Thanks be to Nicole on high, and may the joy of foundingand the startups be a source of delight.<\/p>\n\n

And when their partners drove off toward\n, the startups said to one another, \u201cLet\u2019s go to the\nministry and see for ourselves what happened there\u2014what Start-up BW\nhas told us about.\u201d<\/p>\n\n

The shepherds exit the stage and line up to the side\n<\/em><\/p>\n\n

And they came in haste and found\nboth Sch\u00e4fer and Upfold, along with the project lying at the L-Bank. But when they had seen it\n, they spread the word that had been spoken to them about this project\n. And all who heard it marveled at the message that the\nstartups had told them. <\/p>\n\n

But Arndt Upfold kept all these words\nand pondered them in his heart. And the startups turned back,\npraising and extolling ifex for everything they had heard and seen, just as\nhad been told to them. <\/em><\/p>\n\n
